Aaron Lacey presented a webinar entitled “Recent Changes to the Truth In Lending Act Concerning Private Education Loans” to the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges. In his presentation, he discussed the significance of the changes made to TILA by the Higher Education Opportunity Act, as well as related revisions to Regulation Z that became effective February 14, 2010.
