Developments coming out of Washington over the past two years have caught the higher education community on a hamster wheel of policy triage. From the elimination of FFEL in the Affordable Care Act to the drastic Program Integrity Rules to Senator Harkin’s war on the for-profits to the Pell funding crisis, the entire sector seems to be resting on tectonics in motion.
