Michael D. Basile Member

Michael Basile joined Dow Lohnes in 1983 and became a Member in 1992. He has advised broadcasting, cable television, cellular telephone and other telecommunications clients on a wide range of regulatory, legislative and policy matters.

Mr. Basile has also assisted clients in negotiating, documenting and completing numerous financing, acquisition and disposition transactions. Mr. Basile currently specializes in structuring and implementing complex mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions for broadcast companies.

Mr. Basile is also the Practice Group Administrator of the Communications Practice.
