Mr. Basile is Co-leader of the Communications Practice and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He joined Dow Lohnes in 1983 and became a Member in 1992. He advises broadcasting and other telecommunications clients on a wide range of regulatory, legislative and policy matters. Mr. Basile also assists clients in negotiating, documenting and completing financing, acquisition and disposition transactions. Mr. Basile also specializes in structuring and implementing complex mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions for broadcast companies. His clients include Cox Media Group, Thomas H. Lee Partners and GoodRadio.TV, LLC.
