Mary Brooks joined Dow Lohnes in September 2004 as an Attorney. Before joining Dow Lohnes, Ms. Brooks spent two and a half years as an Associate in Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw's Washington, D.C. office, where she practiced primarily corporate and antitrust law.
Ms. Brooks represents clients in a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, government investigations, securities litigation, and class action litigation.
Ms. Brooks has recently assisted in the representation of clients in connection with breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract claims and in connection with an investigation by the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
