Matt Block joined Dow Lohnes in 1999 and is a Member in the Atlanta office. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Mr. Block also counsels clients with respect to compliance, governance and contract issues. His clients are in various industries, including media, telecommunications and automotive. Prior to joining Dow Lohnes, Mr. Block was a litigator in the Atlanta offices of two international law firms where he represented clients in commercial disputes and product liability cases.
