Matt Block joined Dow Lohnes in 1999 and concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. His practice involves a number of industries, with a particular focus on media and communications. Mr. Block has represented clients in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures (both auctions and negotiated sales), joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Mr. Block also provides general corporate services to clients relating to entity formation, organization and governance, as well as drafting a wide range of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Dow Lohnes, Mr. Block was a litigator in the Atlanta offices of two international law firms where he represented clients in commercial disputes and product liability cases.
