Linda Fritts joined Dow Lohnes in 1981 and became a Member of the firm in 1988. She is the Practice Group Leader of the Firm’s Tax practice, a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors, and Chair of the Firm’s Finance Committee.
Ms. Fritts’ practice covers a broad range of transactions, including partnerships and joint ventures, public and private M&A, and like-kind exchanges. She also handles tax controversies at all levels, from audit to appeals to litigation.
