Jason Rademacher joined Dow Lohnes in 2000 in the Communications practice group. Mr. Rademacher routinely represents the firm's media and telecommunications clients before the FCC on a wide range of complex regulatory and transactional matters. In particular, Mr. Rademacher regularly represents the firm's commercial television stations in administrative proceedings involving regulatory rulemaking and applications. In addition, Mr. Rademacher counsels clients on regulatory compliance matters involving station operations and programming content, as well as issues arising from the transition to DTV.
Mr. Rademacher also works with the firm's wireless and competitive wireline telephone clients on interconnection and regulatory compliance issues, and represents them before the FCC in regulatory proceedings including rulemakings, compliant proceedings, and arbitrations.
