Jiwon Prichard

Ji Prichard joined Dow Lohnes as an Associate in 2002. She has a broad range of experience in federal tax planning and transactional tax matters, including taxable and tax-free acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and spin-offs for large public corporations as well as closely held companies, and structuring of partnerships and joint ventures. She also assists clients in financing transactions that include various financial products and debt instruments. In addition, her practice includes assisting clients on a variety of IRS audit, administrative appeal, and tax litigation matters.
