Jason McCarter is a litigator who represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes involving contracts, business torts, creditors' rights, secured transactions, telecommunications services, and real estate.
Mr. McCarter also counsels merchants, lenders, and educational institutions on Uniform Commercial Code, lending regulations, and privacy issues.
Mr. McCarter routinely practices in state and federal courts and alternative dispute forums, both in Georgia and elsewhere.
Prior to joining Dow Lohnes, Mr. McCarter practiced on the tort litigation team at a major national law firm.
