Joyce Gwadz joined Dow Lohnes in 1976 and became a Member in 1985. Her practice focuses on the tax issues arising in connection with the acquisition and sale of business properties, transactional tax planning, and corporate reorganizations, with particular emphasis on the taxation of corporations and partnerships. Her practice also encompasses tax controversy matters, including audits and administrative appeals before the Internal Revenue Service, as well as litigation.
