Jonathan is an Associate in the Business Transactions and Corporate practice group specializing in financing and capital markets transactions. He has represented senior and mezzanine lenders, corporate borrowers and financial sponsors in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations and debt restructurings. Prior to joining Dow Lohnes Jonathan was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in its Washington, DC and London, UK offices. Previously, Jonathan was an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of International Corporate Finance and spent several years as the Assistant to the Vice Chair at the US Export-Import Bank.
