  • a digital-to-analog chip manufacturer in securing enactment of a $1.5 billion digital-to-analogue television converter box subsidy program in the Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005;
  • essential changes to anti-spyware legislation, including federal preemption of state laws;
  • adoption of rules to control naked short sales of publicly traded stocks;
  • information technology and broadcast companies in connection with the broadcast and audio flag provisions of the 2006 Senate and House telecommunications reform bills;
  • a chip manufacturer in securing federal preemption of state energy efficiency laws governing set top converter boxes;
