Claudia Price is Senior Tax Specialist and has been a Member of Dow Lohnes Price Tax Consulting Group LLC since its inception on February 1, 1997. Her practice focuses primarily on state/local tax controversy and state tax planning and research, with particular emphasis on transactions and operational planning of corporations and partnerships. Her practice encompasses tax controversy from the beginning of the audit through all appeals. From 1984 to 1996, she was Vice President-Taxes of Multimedia, Inc., a diversified media communications company formerly based in Greenville, SC, now owned by Gannett Co., Inc. Multimedia's businesses included newspapers, broadcasting, cable television, entertainment and security. From 1980 to 1984, she was with Ernst & Whinney's (now Ernst & Young's) tax department in Greenville, SC.
