The copyright lawyers at Dow Lohnes counsel clients on the development, protection, licensing and use of copyrighted material and other content. These efforts include the drafting and negotiation of freelance agreements, development agreements, acquisition, production and co-production agreements and affiliation agreements for works ranging from newspaper contributions, broadcast and cable programming and other audiovisual works to software, and for all industries, especially those related to the media, communications and information technology industries.
