Broadband Update: Court of Appeals Overturns Comcast Order

On April 6, 2010 the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit released a decision overturning the FCC’s August 2008 decision holding that Comcast had violated the 2005 Internet Policy Statement by blocking customer access to BitTorrent, a file-sharing service.
