Client Alert: New ED Guidance Concerning Incentive Compensation Regulations

The U.S. Department of Education issued a much anticipated Dear Colleague Letter containing guidance on the new incentive compensation regulations that were issued last October. In addition, ED has recently submitted a pleading in a federal court case that addresses selected elements of the incentative compensation regulations.
