Angelique Okeke joined Dow Lohnes in 2006 and is an Associate in the Corporate group. Her practice involves assisting clients in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Mrs. Okeke also advises clients on public securities offerings, including preparation of periodic reports and other filings.
Prior to joining Dow Lohnes Mrs. Okeke worked as an Associate in the corporate area of a large international law firm where her practice focused on corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings and debt offerings for clients mostly within the technology industry.
While in law school Mrs. Okeke studied Comparative Constitutional Law and International Business Transactions at the University of the Western Cape in Capetown, South Africa. She also interned with the General Counsel's office of the US Chamber of Commerce and served as an executive officer of the Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team.
